Hudson County Chapter

Hello from the Hudson County New Jersey Chapter

The Hudson County Chapter of NPSNJ in New Jersey has been created to support a healthy ecosystem and sustain urban wildlife habitats within our diverse communities. Our hope is to help educate and empower our neighbors about how important native plants are to sustaining biodiversity.

We plan to host upcoming events both in person and virtual that will generate interest and wonder about native plants, insects, birds, pollinators and other local wildlife. Together we will discover and enjoy the fascinating nature within our own backyards, parks and trails.

Please support our events on social media, come explore with us and share our information with your friends in Hudson County. If you have an idea for an event you can reach us at: hudson@npsnj.org

Thank you.
Kim Correro, Dawn Giambalvo and Lorraine Freeney
